Cold Smoke Generators up and running finally after initial hiccups in relation to getting it to burn mainly due to lack of instructions now figured that the air pump has to be pretty well full on to make it draw and burn. The construction is of good quality but my only complaint is the lack of instructions but all good now and yes recommended.
I ordered Adana Skewers and Gyro plates.

Our rack arrived just in time for our leg of lamb. Had issues putting the rod through due to bone and una el to get a boneless leg. Wait a minute let’s see if it fits in the rack….. yesss and cooked it just right. What a great tool for our spit. Super fast delivery as we are regional Qld.
